In this time you have the opportunity to learn about me and think about what you might be wanting from therapy. We can learn about each other and see if we are a good fit. At times we all may face emotional difficulties, and stresses which affect relationships or work. in the therapy space you have the opportunity to talk through your thoughts and feelings, helping you identify, explore and understand what doesn’t feel right within. On the therapy journey we will build a therapeutic alliance and I will support and facilitate you to achieve your goals for the sessions. The issues you are facing might be leading to low self-esteem, confusion, depression, addiction, suicidal thoughts or self-harm. The therapeutic work can assist you to develop internal resources, and alternative ways of thinking to help you move forward in your life.
